George Gregory Plitt was born on 3^rd November 1977, in Baltimore, Maryland USA, however he died on 17^th January 2015. He was an actor and fitness model, although he was an army ranger for a short period of time. During his career he appeared in many television campaigns for Under Armor, Old Navy, Calvin Klein, Old Spice and others. He also modeled for magazines such as, Maxim, AXL, American Health and Fitness, and others. His career started in 2006, but ended rather early in 2015. However, he will be remembered as the first fitness model who appeared on the cover of magazines every month for five years without an exception.

Greg Plitt died on 17^th January 2015, after he was struck by train while he was running between the rails. It was reported that he was standing on the rails, and was trying to outrun the train, as result of an energy drink, for which he was doing a commercial, although obviously results weren`t what they had expected. His life tragically ended.

Regarding his life, he dedicated it to fitness, as a result he was named as one of The 25 Fittest Americans by “Men`s Fitness” magazine, one of The 60 Sexiest Man Alive, and one of America`s Most Eligible Bachelors.
