French Stewart Wiki Biography
Born Milton French-Stewart on the 20th February 1964, in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA, he is an actor best known to the world as Harry Solomon in the sitcom “3rd Rock from the Sun” (1996-2001), and as Rudy in the sitcom “Mom” (2013-2016), among other differing appearances. His career started in the early ‘90s.
Have you ever wondered how rich French Stewart is, as of early 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Stewart’s net worth is as high as $3 million, an amount earned through his successful career as an actor, during which he has appeared in more than 100 film and TV roles.
Stewart grew up in his hometown and went to Del Norte High School; after matriculation, he enrolled at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. During his studies and after graduation, French worked in theaters before he broke into television, by landing the role of Razor Dee in the TV series “The New WKRP in Cincinnati” (1992). Two years later he made his debut film appearance, as Lieutenant Ferretti in the sci-fi adventure “Stargate”, starring Kurt Russell, James Spader and Jaye Davidson. Thanks to his great performance in his early roles, soon French’s name reached directors of high-profile films and TV series, so in 1996 he was selected for the role of Harry Solomon in the sitcom “3rd Rock from the Sun”, next to other stars of the series, John Lithgow, Jane Curtin and Kristen Johnston. He appeared in all 139 episodes, which only increased his net worth to a large degree. Also in 1996, he featured in the action thriller “Broken Arrow”, with John Travolta, Christian Slater and Samantha Mathis.
As the series improved in popularity, French’s overall presence in Hollywood increased as well, and he appeared in several high-profile productions, including, “McHale’s Navy” (1997) and “Dick” (1999) among others, which also added to his wealth. After the series ended, French’s budding popularity brought him new roles, and in 2002 he starred in the comedy film “Home Alone 4”, while in 2003 he portrayed Inspector Gadget in the second comedy installment of the popular cybernetic police officer “Inspector Gadget 2”. Unfortunately, some bad career choices followed, and his career down spiraled, which resulted in appearances in B production films, such as “Subs” (2007) and “Dog Gone” (2008), among others. He rebounded with the role of Rudy in the sitcom “Mom” (2013-2016), with Anna Faris, Allison Janney and Mimi Kennedy in the lead roles, which boosted his net worth.
In recent years he appeared in the TV series “Secrets and Lies” (2015-2016) as John Patrick, while he will portray Sam Jenkins in the mystery thriller “A Fall from Grace”, which will be directed by Jennifer Chambers-Lynch, daughter of famous film director David Lynch.
Regarding his personal life, French has been married to Vanessa Claire Stewart since 2011; the couple has one child together. Previously, he was married to Katherine LaNasa, from 1998 to 2009.
