Frederick Antwon Taylor was born on the 27th January 1976 in Pahokee, Florida, USA, and is a former professional American Football player, best known as a running back for the NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars from 1998 to 2008. Taylor also spent two years with the New England Patriots, and was selected for the Pro Bowl in 2007. His career started in 1998 and ended in 2010.

In his last year with the Gators, Fred served as team captain, and rushed for 1,292 yards and 13 touchdowns. Overall, Taylor recorded 3,075 yards and 31 touchdowns in his college career.
The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Taylor as the ninth pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, and he immediately became a key member of the offense with 1,223 yards and 14 touchdowns, while also adding 44 passes for 421 yards and three touchdowns. He signed his rookie contract which included a $5 million signing bonus, which only increased his net worth by a large margin. He impressed in his rookie year, and the number of 14 rushing touchdowns was his career high.
