She rose to prominence as an actress in TV soap operas, winning two Daytime Emmy Awards in the category of the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series “Days of Our Lives” (1993–1998, 2012–2015) and “The Young and the Restless” (1982–1988, 1999–2015).
