Have you ever wondered how rich Eddie Steeples is, as of early 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Steeples’ net worth is as high as $500,000, an amount earned through his career in the entertainment industry.
Eddie is the eldest of nine siblings, and he grew up with them in his hometown. He went to Klein Oak High School, from which he matriculated in 1992, and then he switched his hometown for the west coast Santa Cruz, California, where he took first steps towards acting, taking lessons at a community college. He soon joined St. Louis Black Repertory Theatre, while also enrolled at Howard University. However, he moved to New York City soon afterwards, and joined the experimental film group Mo-Freek, with which he made his acting debut in such productions as “Whoa” (2001), a short film, and then in a feature debut in “People Are Dead” (2002).Two years later, Eddie had a role in the film “Torque”, while in 2005 he was selected for the role of Durnell Turner in the sitcom “My Name is Earl” (2005-2009), aired on NBC, which really put him on the acting scene, and certainly increased his net worth to a large degree. From there he continued with film roles in such productions as Doug Atchison’s drama “Akeelah and the Bee” (2006), and his own two films “The Best of Robbers” (2006), which wasn’t greeted very positively, and “When Is Tomorrow” (2007), which featured Angela Bettis in the lead role. In 2011, Eddie featured in the made-for-television movie “Zombie Apocalypse”, and the next year had one of the lead roles in the family comedy “Home Alone: Holiday Heist”, starring Christian Martyn and Jodelle Ferland next to Eddie. Meantime he was selected for the recurring role of Tyler in the comedy series “Raising Hope” (2011-2014), which further increased his net worth, and then in 2015 portrayed Barry in the animated comedy film “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip”. Most recently, he will appear in the drama “Limelight”, which is scheduled for release in late 2017.
Apart from film and television roles, Eddie is also recognized for doing commercials, for OfficeMax, an office supplies retailer, as “Rubberband Man”, which also improved his net worth, presence and popularity as well.
Regarding his personal life, little is known about Eddie’s private affairs; apart from the false reports that he was married to Marinas Suela in 2008, which he discredited, there is no available info about Eddie in the media.
