Born Dominique Reshard Rodgers-Cromartie on the 7th April 1986, in Bradenton, Florida USA, he is an American Football cornerback who currently plays for the New York Giants. He played also for the Arizona Cardinals (2008-2010), Philadelphia Eagles (2011-2012), and Denver Broncos in 2013.

Have you ever wondered how rich Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is, as of mid- 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Dominique’s net worth is as high as $6 million, an amount earned through his successful career as an American Football player, which started in 2008.

Dominique has Haitian blood in his veins. The moment he was born, Dominique had health problems, as he had a non-working kidney, which was removed when he had eight years old. Nevertheless, that didn’t stop young Dominique from pursuing his dreams; once he reached high school he played football for the Lakewood Ranch High School, and earned All-Area, All-Class 5A, and All-District 11 defensive back and wide receiver honors. After his first year, he transferred to Lake Highland Preparatory School in Orlando, Florida, and after matriculation enrolled at Tennessee State University, where he continued with his football career, playing for the Tennessee State Tigers football team between 2004 to 2007, and becoming one of the best defensive backs that played in those three years. He also excelled in track and field. The fact is that he comes from a family of sportsman, as his father Stanley was also a former assistant basketball coach at Bethune Cookman, and his cousins Antonio Comartie, Marcus Cromartie, and Da’Mon Cromartie-Smith are also football players, and certainly inspired him to overcome early health problems and put all effort in becoming a respectable football player.

He declared for the 2008 draft, and was selected by the Arizona Cardinals as the 16th overall pick; although he was projected as a relatively low pick, he did well at the NFL combine, which ultimately gave him a higher draft position. He signed his first professional contract on the 25th July that year, which secured him $9 million over five years, with an additional $6.1 million in bonuses. In his rookie season, he started 11 games, and made 38 combined tackles, four interceptions, one of which resulted in a touchdown.

For the following season, his game improved, which secured him a place in the starting line-up. That year, the Cardinals reached Super Bowl, and he made five tackles in the final game, which the Cardinals lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers with a tight margin, 27-23.

Following the end of the 2009 season, in which he had 50 combined tackles and six interceptions, Dominique was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles with a second round pick, for Kevin Kolb. Also, that season he earned his first Pro-Bowl appearance.

In the early matches he didn’t have much success at his new team, however, in the last four games, his game improved, and in the following season, he made 51 combined tackles, and three interceptions.

His contract expired at the end of 2012 season, and he became a new member of the Denver Broncos, signing a contract worth $5 million for one year. He played in 15 games for the Broncos and made 31 combined tackle with three interceptions again. After the Broncos, he joined the New York Giants on a five-year contract worth $35 million, which increased his wealth to a large degree. Since he joined the Giants, Dominique has been playing his best football, and in 2015 had his career-high season in tackles with 58, which earned him his second Pro-Bowl appearance, while in 2016, he recorded six interceptions, tying the result from 2009.

Regarding his personal life, little is known about Dominique’s private affairs, as he tends to keep such information as his marital status and number of children hidden from the public eyes.
