David is probably best known for being a member of the band called “Van Halen”, as well as for his career as a solo artist. David with “Van Halen” are considered to be one of the world’s best-selling bands in history. In addition to this, David also published the book called “Crazy From the Heart”. What is more, since 2012 David has his own video webcast on YouTube, called “The Roth Show”. He talks about different kinds of topics and his own experience in these videos.
So how rich is David Lee Roth? It is estimated that David’s net worth is $40 million. The main source of this sum of money is, of course, his activities with “Van Halen”. Luckily, David is still continuing his career, so there is a high chance that David’s net worth will grow.
David started singing when he was just a teenager, and became a part of the group called “Red Ball Jets”. He soon left the band and joined the “Mammoth”, which is now known as “Van Halen”. They performed at the “Starwood Club” and this made David Lee Roth’s net worth grow. In 1978 their first album was released, called “Van Halen”. It gained huge success and so soon this band became very popular. Undoubtedly, it had a huge impact on the growth of David’s net worth. In 1983 David created his own recording studio at his home and this caused many misunderstandings with the other members of the band, and that is why he left the band for a little while. Despite this fact, the band has released many albums together with David, and it added a lot to his net worth.
In 1985 David began his solo activities. One year later he released his first solo album, entitled “Eat ‘Em and Smile”. It gained acclaim and was praised by many people in the music industry. Other albums released by him include “A Little Ain’t Enough”, “Diamond Dave”, “Skyscraper”, “Your Filthy Little Mouth” and others. All these albums made David Lee Roth’s net worth grow. In 2007 David reunited with “Van Halen” and had a tour with them which earned them a lot of money and added to Roth’s net worth.
All in all, it could be said that David is one of the most successful and one of the most famous rock singers. Together with “Van Halen” he has had a big impact on the music industry. Luckily, “Van Halen” fans were able to see the band perform again and they are also able to listen to the music that David continues creating. Although he is 60 years old, he still has a lot of energy and will probably continue his career in the future. There would be no surprise if David Lee Roth’s net worth grew, as he still has many fans all around the world.
