Have you ever wondered how rich Danny Jones is, as of early 2018? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Jones’ net worth is as high as $850,000, an amount earned through his successful career, active since the early 2000s.
One of two children, Danny and his sister Vicky became drawn to music from an early age, but it wasn’t until the early 2000s that he became focused on a musical career. He went to Thornleigh Salesian College and later received a BTEC National Diploma in music from Bury College. His father left the family when Danny was 18 years old, which inspired him to write “Don’t Know Why”, and “The Ballad of Paul K”.
Danny’s career started in 2003 when he met Tom Fletcher, with whom he started writing songs, and after adding Doogie Poynter and Harry Judd, they formed McFly, taking the name from the lead protagonist of the film “Back to the Future”, Marty McFly.

Signed to Island Records, McFly released its debut album “Room on the 3rd Floor” on the 5th July 2004, which topped the UK charts and achieved double platinum status in the UK, which helped increase Danny’s net worth. The band then went on tour in support of their debut album, which also contributed to Danny’s wealth, after which they hit the studio again, and in August 2005 released their second album “Wonderland”, which also topped the UK charts and achieved platinum status. The band continued in the same rhythm, releasing their next album in November 2006, “Motion in the Ocean”, however, this time, the album peaked at No. 6, but still achieved commercial success as it yet again rated platinum status. From then, the band’s popularity began to decline and their last studio album was released in 2010 – “Above the Noise” – which reached only No. 20 on the UK charts, but achieved gold status. Since then, they have toured extensively, and released an album in collaboration with the band Busted, entitled “McBusted” in 2015. In 2016, the group went on hiatus, though they are still planning the release of their sixth album.

Once McFly stopped making new material, Danny launched a career as a DJ, and since then has toured England, and has collaborated with DJ Roger Sanchez, maintaining his net worth.
Danny has also made a number of guest appearances on television, both with the band and solo, including in “All Star Family Fortunes”, “Popstar to Operastar”, and also serving as a voice coach in the talent show “The Voice Kids UK”, among many other appearances, all of which added a significant amount to his net worth.
