Carly Foulkes Wiki Biography

Carly Foulkes was born on 4 August 1988 in Toronto, Canada into a family of British ancestry, and is known as a model, actress and a former T-Mobile girl.

So just how rich is Carly Foulkes as of late 2017? Authoritative sources report that Foulkes’ net worth is as high as $3 million, accumulated from her over a decade-long career in the previously mentioned industry.

Carly began modeling when she was 13 years old in her hometown. She attended Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School, then having decided to pursue her modeling career on a higher level, Foulkes moved to New York and began looking for a modeling agent, which became Modelwerk and Sutherland Models. However, she went on to work in Europe and in Singapore, before in the late 2000s appearing on the cover of Mexican Elle and subsequently in Rugby Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie & Fitch and Macy’s advertisements.

After these modeling jobs, she decided to give her acting career a try. However, Foulkes was struggling to find an acting job until she became the T-Mobile 4G spokesperson in 2010, and then gained a lot of attention during that time. She was originally supposed to appear in a small number of commercials, but ended up receiving more jobs – her most notable commercial appearance during that time was in the holiday season of 2011, a T-Mobile performance at the Woodfield Mall, directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, the producer of the hit TV series ‘’Glee’’. It was edited as a music video shortly after, produced by Ridley and Tony Scott’s RSA films in collaboration with Paul Mirkovich as a musical director, and went on to become viral on YouTube.

In April 2012, T-Mobile released another ad campaign featuring Carly, and later that year brought Carly the role of Juliet in the short movie entitled ‘’Momentary’’. In 2013, Carly was described as one of the most recognizable spokespeople, however, she went on to leave T-Mobile in the same year, with her last commercial for the previously mentioned company posted on YouTube in February 2013. T-Mobile stated that their departure from Carly’s image represented the new direction their brand was going in and their new commercials wouldn’t feature the T-Mobile girl.

Nonetheless, Foulkes returned to their press events in July in the same year and eventually ended up working on their ad campaign once again. Subsequently, she appeared in an announcement against texting and driving. In the same year she appeared in a music video for ‘’Running on Empty’’, and in addition to that, she landed a starring role in a short movie ‘’Halfway Somewhere Else’’. However, T-Mobile subsequently replaced her with Shakira. Carly is still included in their plans for the future projects.

In her personal life, there are no rumours regarding any romantic associations of Carly. Despite being known for her commercial appearances in the pink dress, she claims she never wears pink in her private life. Her Instagram account is followed by more than 87,000 people and she enjoys photography.
