Brooke Elizabeth Burns was born on the 16th March 1978, in Dallas, Texas USA, and is an actress, television presenter and former model, best known to the world for portraying Jessie Owens in the highly popular TV series “Baywatch” (1998-2001), with other stars of television such as David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson. She has been an active member of the entertainment industry since 1996.
