Anthony “Tony” Sparano III (born (1961-10-07)October 7, 1961) is an American football coach, and currently the interim head coach of the Oakland Raiders as well as the offensive line coach. He previously served as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins, and as offensive coordinator for the New York Jets. Sparano is the only NFL head coach to lead a one-win team to the playoffs the following year and only the second to conduct a ten-game turnaround, both of which he accomplished in his first season with the Dolphins.
