Amy Childs Wiki Biography
English reality television star, businesswoman and fashion designer Amy Andrea Childs, was born on the 7th June 1990 in Barking, Essex, and is perhaps best known for her appearances in the reality TV show “The Only Way is Essex” (2010-2011), and later in her own reality show “It’s All About Amy”, among other differing accomplishments.
Have you ever wondered how rich Amy Childs is, as of mid- 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Childs’ net worth is as high as $6 million, an amount earned largely through her successful career in the entertainment industry, which has been active since 2010. Some reports suggest an income of several million dollars per year, so quite likely her wealth will continue to increase.
Although born in Barking, Amy spent her childhood and teen years in Brentwood, Essex, where she went to Raphael Independent School. During her final high school year she was the head girl, then left school with four GCSE qualifications.
Amy’s career really started in 2010, when she was selected as a cast member of what became the massively popular reality TV series “The Only Way Is Essex” (2010-2011), appearing in 25 episodes of the award- winning show, which was enough to gain national fame, and saw her win the Personality of the Year Award at the National Reality TV Awards. Soon after her stint on the show ended, she joined “Celebrity Big Brother” in 2011, and the same year Amy was given her own reality show – “All About Amy” – which follows her and her family in their daily lives, but was canceled after only eight episodes. Despite this set-back, Amy continued her career in this part of the entertainment industry, and since 2012 has appeared in numerous variety shows, including “Let’s Dance for Sport Relief” (2012), “This Morning” (2012-2013), “The Jump” (2014) “Reality Bites” (2015), and has also been a part of the series “Loose Women” (2011-2017), all of which have added a considerable amount to her net worth.
Aside from reality television appearances, Amy has had success as a model; she has been represented by Can Associates management agency and has appeared in the fashion magazine Vogue, among other accomplishments.
Furthermore, Amy has launched a fragrance line as of 2012, followed by her line of Eyelashes, and has also recorded a fitness DVD and posed for a calendar, all of which have added significantly to her wealth in just a few years.
Regarding her personal life, Amy has a child, born on the 30th April 2017, the father of which is her ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright, but there is no information regarding a current personal relationship.
