He has been an active member of the entertainment industry since 1991.
Have you ever wondered how rich Sean Murray is? According to sources, it has been estimated that Seas Murray`s net worth is $8 million, an amount he owes to his acting talents which have been on display during a career now spanning 25 years.
Sean was born in Bethesda, Maryland but grew up in New South Wales, in Australia. His stepfather is Donald P. Bellisairo, and his mother is Vivienne, Donald`s fourth wife. Sean attended the Bonita Vista Junior High, situated in Chula Vista, California.
Sean`s professional career began in 1991, when he began to audition for roles in various TV series, and his hard work eventually paid off, as he earned a part in the TV movie “Backfield In Motion” (1991), and the next year he appeared in the TV series “Civil Wars” (1992), as Chris Conway. Sean began to slowly build up his acting career, and in 1993 he had a few memorable roles, which increased his net worth and popularity as well. Some of those roles were in films such as “This Boy`s Life”, “Hocus Pocus”, and “River of Rage: The Taking of Maggie Keene”, as well as in the TV series “Harts Of The West”.
Afterwards, Sean was cast in the TV movie “Trial By Fire” (1995), a film that featured Gail O`Grady in the lead role. The same year, Sean earned a role in the TV series “Silk Stalkings”, and a small role in the popular TV series “ER”. The next character he played was Henry Watkins from the TV movie “The Lottery” in 1996, a year which was quite successful for him as he also made appearances in the films “Fall Into Darkness”, and “For My Daughter`s Honor”.
In 1998, Sean was chosen for the role of Danny Walden in the TV crime drama series “JAG” (1998-2001), which highly increased his popularity, but also added to his overall net worth, and which probably enabled him to get a part in the “NCIS” (2003-2016) TV series, which is a spin-off of the “JAG” – Sean was selected for the lead role of Timothy McGee, which soon became the main source of his net worth, as the series went on for a full 13th seasons.
Before the role of Timothy, Sean had a couple more appearances, in the film “Spring Break Lawyer” (2001), in the TV series “The Random Years”, and a small role in the TV series “Boston Public”.
Overall, Sean`s career has been rather successful, and so far he has made over 20 appearances in film and TV titles, and undoubtedly that number will increase in the upcoming years, and so will his net worth.
When it comes to his personal life, Sean has been married to Carrie James since 2005, with whom he has two children.
