James Trevor Oliver was born on 27 May 1975 in the Essex village of Clavering, England, and is a world-famous master chef, restaurateur and media personality,  much more familiar to TV audiences worldwide as Jamie Oliver, the celebrity chef whose works and recipes have found their way to many a family kitchen.
