Born Charles Andrew Stanley on the 16th May 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia USA, and is the senior pastor of North Point Community Church and several other campus churches across the US. He is also an author with over 20 publications to his name, with the first being “Like a Rock”, published in 1997.

The only child born to Dr. Charles Stanley, the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta and founder of InTouch Ministries, and his wife Anna Johnson, Andy was influenced towards religion from an early age. After successfully completing his high school education, Andy enrolled at Georgia State University from which he obtained a bachelor’s degree in journalism, and after that completed his master’s degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. He joined the First Baptist Atlanta Church where he served as Associate Pastor, but after several years, he started his own church, North Point Community. With five other followers, he managed to expand his influence to six campuses and now he has more than 30,000 believers visiting his churches on a weekly basis. He has also managed to broaden his faith across Canada, and now has churches in Buckhead, Browns Bridge, Woodstock, Decatur, and Gwinnett. Furthermore, Andy is the founder of the North Point Ministries, a Christian organization that operates around the world.

Andy is also an accomplished author, having his say on numerous topics in regards to life, religion, work and love, he has published 21 books so far. His first publication was “Like a Rock” in 1997, while the following year he published “Visioneering”. Some of his most popular books include “The Grace of God”, “The Principle of the Path”, “Communication for a Change”, and “Louder than Words”, among many other works, the sales of which have increased his net worth to a large degree.
