Michael Mando Wiki Biography
Michael Mando was born on 13 July 1981, in Quebec, Canada, and is best known as an actor who plays Vic in ‘‘Orphan Black’’, and Nacho Varga in ‘‘Better Call Saul’’.
So just how rich is Michael Mando as of early 2018? According to authoritative sources, this actor has net worth of $2.4 million, with his wealth being accumulated from his over a decade long career in the previously mentioned field.
Michael was raised by his father, and his family travelled often, and lived in over 10 cities across four continents. Michael had aspirations to become a writer, or an athlete, but had to give that up, as he suffered knee injury in his 20s. Having changed his directions, he enrolled into the University of Montreal in international relations, but gave that up as well, as he wanted to become an actor, and so studied at The Dome Theatre Program. Despite having no prior experience in acting, Michael played the main character in several plays, and then began his silver screen and television career with the role of Marco / Mirza in ‘‘The Border’’ in 2008, and subsequently played Necia First Mate in ‘‘The Last Templar’’, and Felipe in one episode of ‘‘Flashpoint’’, both in 2009. In the following period, Michael played several minor roles in television series, and in 2010 starred in ‘‘Conditional Affection’’, alongside Amber Goldfarb. During the same year, Mando had a lot on his plate with projects, most importantly, ‘‘Territories’’, a horror thriller film in which he portrayed Jalii Adel Kahlid, although the film earned mediocre reviews. As of 2012, he acted in eight episodes of ‘‘Les Bleus de Ramville’’, and went on to act in ‘‘The Far Cry Experience’’, a mini television series in which he played Vaas, adding to his net worth.
In 2013, he landed perhaps his most notable project, being cast as Vic in ‘‘Orphan Black’’, a critically acclaimed sci-fi series which was nominated for a prestigious Golden Globe award. Additionally, ‘‘Orphan Black’’ won awards such as a Primetime Emmy, ACTRA Toronto and Canadian Cinema Editors Awards. One year later, he began working on ‘‘La Marraine’’, playing one of its main characters alongside Claudia Ferri and Patrice Godin, after which he joined the cast of the worldwide acclaimed series ‘‘Better Call Saul’’, a three times Golden Globe nominated series. Additionally, ‘‘Better Call Saul’’, in which he plays one of the main characters, received numerous awards such as Primetime Emmy, Spotlight, and AFI Awards. Acting in such a prominent project, Michael was exposed to the media and gained more recognition for his acting skills. When it comes to his latest projects, he acted in ‘‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’’ in 2017, and his movie ‘‘The Hummingbird Project’’ is in the process of filming in early 2018.
When it comes to his private life, He doesn’t share much information about his relationship status, but the media sites show that he is apparently dating; he is active on Twitter and Instagram and is followed by 39,000 people on the former and 44,200 on the latter.
