Born Angela Eleni Sarafyan on the 30th June 1983, in Yerevan, (then) Armenian SSR, USSR, she is an actress, best known to the world as Clementine Pennyfeather in the popular TV series “Westworld”, that airs on HBO.
Have you ever wondered how rich Angela Sarafyan is, as of early 2018? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Sarafyan’s net worth is as high as $6 million, an amount earned through her successful career, active since 2000.
Angela was born in Armenia but moved to the US with her family when only four. She is the daughter of Grigor Sarafyan, who is also an actor, while her mother is a painter. During her childhood, Angela attended ballet lessons, and also played the piano.
Angela’s career started with the role of Aisha Al-Jamal in the TV series “Judging Amy” in 2000, and then two years later made a brief appearance in the TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, and also portrayed Crystal in the television film “Paranormal Girl”. She continued with one-off appearances in such TV series as “The Shield” (2004), “Wanted” (2005), “24” (2006) and “CSI: NY” (2006), among others, until cast in the lead role in the drama film “A Beautiful Life” in 2008, starring next to Debi Mazar, and Dana Delany. Two years later she was chosen for the part of Samantha in the TV series “The Good Guys”, while in 2011 she featured in the romantic comedy “A Good Old Fashioned Orgy”, all of which added a significant amount to her net worth.
The following year, Angela featured in the comedy directed by Gor Kirakosian “Lost and Found in Armenia”, and in 2013 appeared in the highly-acclaimed romantic drama “The Immigrant”, starring Marion Cotillard, Joaquin Phoenix and Jeremy Renner. In 2015 Angela had a notable role in the romantic comedy film “Me Him Her”, starring Dustin Milligan, Luke Bracey and Emely Meade and then in 2016 featured in the historical drama about alleged Armenian Genocide during the last days of the Ottoman Empire, entitled “The Promise”, starring Oscar Isaac, Charlotte Le Bon and Christian Bale, and the same year was chosen for the part of Clementine Pennyfeather in the TV sci-fi mystery drama series “Westworld”, for which she earned a SAG award nomination in the category for the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, which she shared with other stars of the series, including Anthony Hopkins, Luke Hemsworth, Ben Barnes and Talulah Riley, just to name a few – the role also increased her net worth considerably. She is now working on several projects, including the biopic about Ted Bundy entitled “Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile”, and the lead role in the fantasy film “We Are Boats”, next to Luke Hemsworth, and Graham Greene; however, both films are yet to receive a release date.
When it comes to her personal life, Angela was in a relationship with Rami Malek back in 2012, but other details about her love life haven’t been revealed to the public.
