Floyd Landis was born on the 14th October 1975, in Farmersville, Pennsylvania, USA of Caucasian descent, and is a retired professional cyclist; he won the Tour de France in 2006, however, in the week after this victory it was announced that Landis had tested positive for the use of doping during the Tour.
