Scott Schwartz Wiki Biography

Scott Schwartz was born on the 12th May 1968, in Sacramento, California USA, and is an actor who rose to fame as a child actor after starring in the comedy films “The Toy” (1982) and “A Christmas Story” (1983). Schwartz has been active in the entertainment industry since 1982.

How much is the net worth of Scott Schwartz? It has been estimated by authoritative sources that the overall size of his wealth is as much as $500,000, as of the data presented in the middle of 2017. Acting is the major source of Schwartz’ modest fortune.

To begin with, Schwartz already took over roles in noted films as a child. He starred in the comedy film “The Toy” directed by Richard Donner, which grossed $47.1 million in the box office, and the same year landed the lead role of Richard Cessna, Jr. in the Ronald F. Maxwell film “Kidco” (1982). In 1983, the child actor was in the main cast of Bob Clark’s film “A Christmas Story”, which was also commercially successful grossing $19.3 million at the box office, and was nominated for the Young Artist Award in the category of the Exceptional Performance by a Young Actor in a Supporting role. He has also appeared in episodes of the television series “Young People’s Specials” and “ABC Afterschool Special” both in 1984. Scott also starred in the television film “A Time to Live” (1985).

Meantime, Scott was educated at Bridgewater Raritan HS West, and went on studying at Professional Children’s School. After matriculation, Scott starred in the films “Raiders of the Living Dead” (1986) and “Fear a.k.a. Honor Betrayed” (1988).

When Schwartz came to adulthood his acting career slowed down. From 1990 onwards he played in sex films, which was caused by money shortage. He appeared in such films as “Beauty and the Beast: Part II” (1990) and “Scotty’s X-Rated Adventure” (1996). In 1997, he even won an AVN Award. He left the sex branch later, and took roles in rather unknown films “Skin Walker” (2004), “Alien 3000 a.k.a. Unseen Evil 2” (2004), “Community College” (2008) and “The Coffin” (2008), which improved his net worth somewhat.

Later, Schwartz worked as a manager for various actors, but quit this job because it was not fun. Furthermore, Schwartz took part in the business of his father in Westlake Village, in which among other things, they sold collectable pieces and baseball cards. After the death of his friend, the teen idol Corey Haim, Scott sold his belonging on Ebay upon the will of Haim’s family.

To conclude, all the above mentioned engagements have increased the size of Scott Schwartz’ net worth.

Finally, in the personal life of the actor, he was in relationship with the porno star Lynn LeMay in 1989. Then, he lived with the model Jaide Jones, but the two split up. Currently, Schwartz is believed to be single.
