Pawan Kalyan is the stage name of Telugu film actor, Konidela Kalyan Baby, born on the 2nd September 1971 in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is best known to the world for his appearances in such films as “Panjaa” (2011), and “Atharintiki Daaredi” (2013), among many other differing appearances.

Pawan then took a step forward by gaining lead roles in high-budget Telugu films such as “Komaram Puli” (2010), then “Panjaa” in 2011, while in 2012 he starred as Gabbar Singh / Venkatrathnam Naidu in the action comedy film “Gabbar Singh”, for which he received Filmfare Award in the category Best Actor, and in 2013 got his most-prominent role so far, as Goutham Nanda in the action drama “Atharintiki Daaredi”, for which he earned a Filmfare Award- nomination in the category Best Actor. In 2016 he starred in the sequel of “Gabbar Singh”, entitled “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”, and most recently appeared in the action film “Katamarayudu” (2017).
Aside from acting, Pawan has also launched a political career; back in 2014, he started the Jana Sena Party, whose motto is to Fight for The Rights of every Common Person. The party will participate in the Indian elections in 2019.
He has also served as brand ambassador for Pepsi, then Hand Loom weavers, and JEEVAN DAAN, which have also contributed to his wealth.
Regarding his personal life, Pawan has been married to Anna Lezhneva since 2013; the couple has one child together. He has two marriages behind him; his first wife was Nandini, to whom he was married from 1997 to 2008.
