She left the group after Motown offered a lucrative solo deal, but her debut solo album “In Love” (1987), was her only one as it failed commercially, so Bunny was released from Motown. Since then, she has battled drug abuse and retired from music. However, according to recent interviews, Bunny has been working on a new album and is constantly touring.
