Born Robert David Johnson Keane on the 8th July 1980, in Dublin, Ireland, Robbie is a professional soccer player, who is currently without contract and has last played for LA Galaxy of the Major League Soccer. Previously, he played for such European teams as Wolverhampton Wanderers (1997-1999), Coventry City (1999-2000), Internazionale of Milan (2000-2001), Leeds United (2001-2002), Tottenham Hotspur (2002-2008, and again 2009-2011), Liverpool (2008-2009), Celtic (2010), West Ham United (2011), and LA Galaxy (2011-2016).

Robbie stayed in Tottenham until 2009-2010, with the exception of the 2008-2009 season, which he spent at Liverpool. He wore the Spurs jersey on 238 occasions and scored 91 goals, making him one of the best strikers of the team.
