Have you ever wondered how rich Chris Elwood is, as of mid- 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Elwood’s net worth is as high as $1 million, an amount earned through his career in the entertainment industry, which started in the mid- ‘90s.
Chris’s birth date is unknown in the media, and his whole childhood remains hidden to the public eye. While in high school, Chris was a part of a quarter that won numerous awards, and also competed in track and field, winning gold medals in various events, including triple jump and discus, among others.
After high school matriculation, Chris enrolled at Georgia Southern University, but soon dropped out of studies in order to pursue his acting career. He then moved to Los Angeles, California and started auditioning for various roles.
He made his debut in the TV series “In the Heat of the Night” (1994), which was followed by minor roles in several other TV series, including “Married with Children” (1996), and “Sliders” (1998). Then in 2001 he made his film debut as Bart in the comedy “How High”, starring Method Man, Redman, and then in 2003 he appeared in the comedy “My Dinner with Jimi”. In 2005 he started appearing in Ashton Kutcher’s reality TV comedy series “Punk’d”, as a Field Agent, which brought him fame, and also increased his wealth. However, he didn’t have much further success as an actor until 2011, when he was selected for the role of FBI Agent Doug Cupertino in the TV crime drama mystery series “Ringer”, which only added to his wealth. Unfortunately, his fame didn’t last long, as he featured in only seven episodes of the show and since then hasn’t have made any major appearances, although he did appear in the TV comedy series “Mighty Med” (2013-2014), and as Dex in the romantic comedy film “Manhattan Minutiae” (2016), which added somewhat to his net worth.
