Donald Stark was born on the 5th July 1954, in New York City, USA and is an actor, probably best known for his roles in the television series “That ’70s Show” (1998 – 2006) as well as “Hit the Floor” (2013 – 2016). Moreover, he has created a number of roles in feature films too. Stark has been active in the entertainment industry since 1963.
