Brooke Langton was born on 27 November 1970, in Arizona USA, to a surgical nurse and a geologist, of Swedish descent. She is an actress, probably best known for her roles in the soap opera “Melrose Place” and the film “The Replacements”.

After her parents divorced in her childhood, Langton moved with her mother to Illinois, where she attended Herscher High School, and then to Euless, Texas, where she attended Lawrence Dale Bell High School. She eventually relocated to San Diego and enrolled at San Diego State University to study marine biology and screen-writing. She studied at Second City improv as well.
Langton then spent some time in Japan, working as a model in commercials, before in the early ’90s moving back to California to pursue acting an career.
After spending some time performing in theater in Portland and Texas, Langton made her television debut with guest starring roles in series such as “Freshman Dorm”, “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Baywatch” in 1992. Her film debut came two years later, with the role of a drug addict in the action film “Terminal Velocity”, and went on to appear in several television films, including “Moment of Truth: Cult Rescue” and “Eye of the Stalker”. She played Sarah Bowen in the short-lived ABC television series “Extreme” in 1995, and guest starred in shows like “Chicago Hope”, “The Single Guy” and “Party of Five”. Her wealth began to rise.
In 1996, Langton was cast as Samantha Reilly Campbell in the popular FOX prime time soap opera “Melrose Place”, during the show’s fifth season, a role which put her on the map in the acting world, and considerably added to her net worth. She remained on the show for another season, until 1998.
In the meantime, she also landed several film roles, such as in “Swingers”, “Listen”, “Mixed Signals” and “Reach the Rock”. In 1998 she was cast in the starring role of Angela Bennett in the short-lived USA Network series “The Net”, which was based on the same-titled 1995 film.

Her other notable film parts of the time were in “Playing Mona Lisa”, “Kiss the Bride”, ” Partners” and “Beautiful Dreamer”. She also made numerous television guest appearances, such as in “Weeds” and “Monk”, and from 2007 to 2008 she played Jackie Miller in the drama series “Friday Night Lights” and Constance Griffiths in the crime drama “Life”.
In the years since, Langton made guest appearances in a number of series, including “The Closer”, “The Mentalist”, “Bones” and “The Glades”. Her most recent film parts have been in the 2015 “Oliver’s Deal”, “Impact Earth” and “Shifting Gears”; the same year she appeared in the Swedish television reality show called “Allt för Sverige” (“Everything for Sweden”), competing against other Swedish Americans for the prize of obtaining information about her Swedish ancestry.
