Maria Isabel Preysler-Arrastía was born on the 18th February 1951, in Manila, The Philippines, and is a Spanish-Filipina journalist, television host, and socialite, but perhaps more widely known as an ex-wife of famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, and the mother of Enrique Iglesias. Preysler also worked as a spokesmodel for Ferrero Rocher, Suárez jewellery, Manolo Blahnik shoes, Chrysler cars, and Porcelanosa tiles, among others. Isabel has been an active member of the entertainment industry since 1970.

Her second husband was Carlos Falcó, the Marquis of Griñón, from 1980 to 1985 and she has a daughter with him. In January 1988, Isabel married Miguel Boyer, a former Spanish finance minister, and has a daughter Ana Boyer (born in 1989) with him.
In the late September 2014, Boyer died, and since then, Isabel hasn’t remarried.
