  • Played for the Washington Bullets (1987-1988), Charlotte Hornets (1988-1989 thru 1997-1998[start]), Golden State Warriors (1997-1998[end]-1999), and Toronto Raptors (1999-2001). Traded to the New York Knicks in 2001, but never played for them because of injuries.
  • Selected by the Washington Bullets with the 12th overall pick in the 1987 NBA draft. Washington then left him unprotected in the 1988 NBA expansion draft and he was taken by the Hornets. Ranks as the Hornets all-time leader in assists, steals, and minutes played. Traded by the Hornets along with Tony Delk to the Golden State Warriors for B.J. Armstrong on 11/7/97.
