Victor L. Williams was born on 19 September 1970, in Brooklyn, New York City USA, and is an actor, best known for being part of “The King of Queens” as Deacon Palmer. He’s also appeared in several other hit shows, including “ER”, “Law & Order” and “Fringe”. All of his endeavors have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

He would then become known for his role as Roger McGrath in “ER”, which he portrayed for three seasons.
