So, have you ever wondered how rich Ricardo Montaner is, as of late 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Ricardo counts the total size of his net worth at the impressive amount of $40 million, accumulated through his successful involvement in the music industry.
Ricardo Montaner spent one part of his childhood in his hometown until the age of six, when he moved with his family to Venezuela. As a teenager, he sang in the local church choir, and his first major performance came at a festival in Peru, when he decided to pursue a career in the music industry.
Thus, Ricardo’s career began in 1976, when he released his debut single entitled “Mares”, which marked the beginning of an increase of his net worth. In 1983, he released his first studio album “Cada Día”, which didn’t reach any major success. Anyway, Ricardo continued to make music, and in 1987 out came his second studio album which was self-titled, and consisted of the hit singles “Vamos A Dejarlo” and “Yo Que Te Amé”. The album topped on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart and was released via Sono-Rodven Discos. By the end of the decade, he had completed two more albums – “Ricardo Montaner, Vol.2” (1988) and “Un Toque De Misterio” (1990), which became classics of popular music along with his next album – “En El Último Lugar De Mundo” (1991).
His next album “Los Hijos Del Sol” out came in 1992, and consisted of such songs as “Piel Adentro” and “Castillo Azul”, for which he earned a nomination for Lo Nuestro Award in the category Pop Song and Video of the Year. During the mid-1990s, Ricardo released “Una Mañana Y Un Camino” (1994) and “Viene Del Alma” (1995), adding a considerable amount to his net worth. Thanks to his next album “Es Así” (1997) – with such hit singles as “Para Llorar” and “La Mujer De Mi Vida” – he achieved enormous popularity in the US. Two years later out came his greatest album, consising of his past hits played by the London Metropolitan Orchestra.
Ricardo’s next major success came in 2001, when he released the single “Bésame”, which was followed by the album “Suma” (2002). In 2004, he released one more time an album with the London Metropolitan Orchestra, performing two new singles “Esta Escrito” and “Desesperado”. During the following year the album “Todo Y Nada” appeared, for which he was nominated for the Latin Grammys, and the singles “Amarte Es Mi Pecado” and “Cuando A Mi Lado Estas” from this album became well-known as the theme songs for two Mexican soap operas. In 2007, he released the album “Las Mejores Canciones Del Mundo” with the single “Hoy Tengo Ganas De Ti”, achieving huge success all over the world, which increased his net worth by a large margin.
To speak further about his career, Ricardo also released the album “Viajero Frecuente” in 2012 and he started a tour through Mexico in the following year. Two years later was released another album entitled “Agradecido” and most recently the album “Ida Y Vuelta” (2016). His net worth is certainly rising.
