Ming Tsai was born on the 29th March 1964, in Newport Beach, California USA, of Chinese descent, and is a celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality. His cooking style is fusion which means that he that combines elements of different culinary traditions. Ming is the host of the cooking show “Simply Ming” (2003 – present) aired on American Public Television, and “Ming’s Quest” on the Fine Living Network. He has been inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame. Tsai has been active in the industry for almost 20 years, since 1998.

It should be said that Tsai has written the following cookbooks “Simply Ming: One-Pot Meal”, “Simply Ming in Your Kitchen”, “Ming’s Master Recipes”, “Simply Ming” and “Blue Ginger”. Since 2003, he has been hosting his own cooking show “Simply Ming” broadcast on American Public Television.
