Maura Tierney is a Boston, Massachusetts-born American actress perhaps best known for playing the role of Dr. Abby Lockhart in the medical drama “ER” and as Helen Solloway in the television series “The Affair”. Born on 3 February 1965 to an Irish Catholic family, Maura is one of the most successful television actresses at the present. A well-recognized face on American television as well as in theatre, she has been actively entertaining us since 1987.

An acclaimed actress on television who has been a part of many hit television shows, one may wonder how rich is Maura at the present? Eventually, Maura initiated her career in acting with a small role in the TV movie “Student Exchange” in 1997, and has been very active in showbiz ever since.
