Kenneth Feld Wiki Biography

Born Kenneth Jeffrey Feld in 1948 in Washington, D.C., USA, into a family with Jewish ancestry, and he is a businessman, best known to the world as the CEO of Feld Entertainment, a production company that has been operating numerous live shows, such as with Disney, but also sports events including such as Monster Jam, and also owns the Supercross division of the American motorcycle racing series.

Have you ever wondered how rich Kenneth Feld is, as of late 2017? According to authoritative sources, it has been estimated that Feld’s net worth is as high as $2.5 billion, an amount earned through his successful career in entertainment, which has been active since the early ‘70s.

Kenneth is the son of Irvin Feld, and his wife Adele. He has a sister, Karen Irma, and after the suicide of his mother in 1958, Kenneth and Karen Irma were raised by their aunt and uncle. After he finished high school, Kenneth enrolled at the Boston University School of Management, from which he obtained a management degree in 1970. Immediately afterwards, Kenneth joined his father’s firm Feld Entertainment, which he had started in 1967 with his brother, Israel, and Roy M. Hofheinz.

His father passed away in 1984 after suffering a heart attack, and Kenneth became the CEO and Chairman of the firm in the same year.

Since then, Kenneth has successfully managed the firm, and added new subsidiaries in a variety of entertainment fields to already successful companies, such as Feld Motor Sports, Inc. which owns Monster Jam, Supercross, Arenacross, IHRA Nitro Jam, and Nuclear Cowboyz, then Ice Follies And Holiday on Ice, Inc. which promotes Disney on Ice and Classic Ice Spectaculars. However, it hasn’t been all good news for the company as he had to close the Ringling Brothers-Barnum & Bailey Combined Shows Inc, – a circus – due to low attendances in 2017, after more than 50 years of operation. He had been inducted into the International Circus Hall of Fame in 2006, and the business had contributed considerably to taking Kenneth to billionaire status.

However, in another plus, Kenneth has also produced a number of successful Broadway plays, including “Largely New York”, “Fool Moon”, and “Three Musketeers Musical”, among others, which have also added to his wealth. It has been estimated that 30 million people in 66 countries have been enjoying a Feld production of one type or another at any one time.

Regarding his personal life, Kenneth has been married to Bonnie Turen since 1974, with whom he has three daughters, Nicole, Alana, and Juliette. All three have been included in their father’s business.
