Karen Mills Francis was born on 11 August 1960, in Miami, Florida USA, and is a lawyer, judge, television personality and author, probably best known for being part of the series “Supreme Justice with Judge Karen”, which has been airing since 2013 as part of Entertainment Studios. She has been a television personality since 2008, but all of her efforts have helped put her net worth to where it is today.

She would serve as a judge for the next decade, eventually stepping down to start her own show entitled “Judge Karen”. The reality court show started airing in 2008 and follows the format of “Judge Judy”, a similar series in which a real life retired judge presides over small claims court cases. However, after one season the show was not renewed.

In 2009, Judge Karen was then approached by Litton Entertainment to create “Judge Karen’s Court” which took the place of the show “Street Court”. However, it was also short lived, lasting only one season. Three years later, she joined Entertainment Studios to produce “Supreme Justice with Judge Karen”, becoming the company’s fourth court show, following “America’s Court with Judge Ross” and “We the People With Gloria Allred”. For her personal life, it is known that Judge Karen adopted in child during her time as a judge, although she remains single. She also supports numerous child advocacy programs including the North Miami Athletic Program for Boys, Roving Leaders Program, 5000 Role Models Program, and GEMS Program for Girls.
