James Harris III was born on the 6th June, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA, and Terry Steven Lewis was born on the 24th November, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. They are a team of songwriters and music producers, who have gained significant success since the early 1980s with several artists, especially Janet Jackson.
