Beside this, he is also widely recognized as the frontman of Kingdom of Sorrow and Icepick bands, and the owner of Stillborn Record label and clothing label Hatewear.
Have you ever wondered how much wealth this hardcore musician has accumulated so far? How rich James Jasta is? According to sources, it is estimated that the total of his net worth, as of early 2017, revolves around the sum of $400,000, acquired largely through his music career which has been active since 1991, as well as through his business enterprises.
In 1994, Jamey alongside Dave Russo on drums, Larry Dwyer Jr. and Wayne Lozinak on guitars, and Chris Beattie on bass, founded Hatebreed. The first three of their demo recording were sold to their neighbors and friends, but in 1995 these three songs were released on a single disc. This was followed by an EP named “Under the Knife” released in 1996, and quite well accepted by the critics and audiences. In 1997, Hatbreed released its debut studio album entitled “Satisfaction Is the Death of Desire”, and these ventures provided the basis for Jamey Jasta’s net worth.
Since that point, under the lead of Jamey Jasta, Hatebreed has released seven more studio albums, eight in total including “Preservance” (2002), “The Rise of Brutality” (2003), “Supremacy” (2006) and more recently “The Concrete Confessional” (2016), featuring hit singles such as Grammy-nominees “Live for This”, “Bound to Violence”, “I Will Be Heard” and “Put It to the Torch” to name a few. It is certain that all these achievements helped Jamey Jasta to boost his popularity as well as the size of his wealth.
Apart from this, Jamey is also the founder and frontman of sludge metal band Kingdom of Sorrow which, so far, has released two studio albums, “Kingdom of Sorrow” in 2008, and “Behind the Blackest Tears” which hit the charts in 2010. Jamey’s other musical project is Icepick, a metal-core band which in 2006 released its debut and, so far, only studio album named “Violent Epiphany”. It is certain that all these involvements left an impact on Jamey Jasta’s net worth.
In 2011, Jasta released his solo studio album, simply entitled “Jasta”, which featured 12 songs as well as guest appearances from Zakk Wylde, Randy Blythe and Chris ‘Zeuss’ Harris to name a few. The album peaked at No.1 on the US Top Heatseekers Albums chart as well as No. 10 on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums chart. Doubtlessly, the album’s commercial success has significantly helped Jamey Jasta to further increase his net worth.
Between 2003 and 2007, Jasta served as a host of MTV’s Headbanger’s Ball, while in 2014 he launched his own podcast – The Jasta Show. Apart from making music for The Dan Patrick Show and the 2002 Rob Cohen’s action movie “xXx”, Jasta has also tried himself out in an on-camera career – he appeared in the 2006 music documentary “Get Trashed: The Story of Trash Metal” as well as in Hayley Cloake’s 2006 drama movie “The House of Usher”, based on an eponymous story of Edgar Allan Poe. All these engagements have increased the total of Jamey Jasta’s wealth.
When it comes to his personal life, Jamey Jasta has managed to keep it quite private – there are no any relevant data about his love life or private affairs.
