Edward Carl Cibrian, commonly known as Eddie Cibrian, is a famous American actor. To the public, Eddie Cibrian is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Cole Deschanel in the television soap opera “Sunset Beach”. Released in 1997, the show managed to produce three seasons and a total of 755 episodes before it was taken off air. In the series, Cibrian appeared alongside Jason Winston George, Clive Robertson, Susan Ward, and Lauren Woodland to name a few. Cibrian debuted in a film role a year later, in 1998, when he co-starred with Danny DeVito, Queen Latifah and Holly Hunter in a comedy drama film called “Living Out Loud”. Currently, Eddie Cibrian is perhaps best known for his roles in such television series as “CSI: Miami” with David Caruso and Emily Procter, “Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse” with Tyler Perry, “Notes from Dad” and “Hot in Cleveland” among others. For his contributions to the film and television industry, Eddie Cibrian has received two nominations for ALMA Awards, and was nominated for two Soap Opera Digest Awards.

As his popularity grew, Cibrian began receiving more offers, as a result of which he landed the role of Griff Walker in “Baywatch Nights”. A spin-off series of a popular show called “Baywatch”, “Baywatch Nights” included a cast of David Hasselhoff, Angie Harmon and Lou Rawls, and featured guest appearances from Billy Warlock, Yasmine Bleeth, Alexandra Paul and Michael Newman, all of whom were the main stars of the original series. However, Cibrian received the most public attention in 1997, when he joined the cast of “Sunset Beach”. As a result of his popularity, Eddie Cibrian was featured in 369 episodes of the show.
Cibrian has managed to maintain his popularity over the years, as he has been appearing in a variety of television shows and films. Some of his more notable appearances were in “Ugly Betty”, “The Playboy Club”, “Good Deeds” and “The Best Man Holiday” starring Taye Diggs, Terrence Howard and Regina Hall.
