Dominick Wickliffe Wiki Biography

Dominick Wickliffe was born on the 23rd September 1978 in Long Beach, California, USA and is a rapper, as Crooked I a member of the Slaughterhouse super group currently signed to Shady Records. He is also the CEO of Dynasty Entertainment and COB Digital – his own labels – and vice-president of Treacherous Records. He was formerly a member of Virgin Records and Death Row Records. He has been active in the entertainment industry since 1995.

How rich is the hip hop artist? It has been estimated by authoritative sources that the outright size of Crooked I’s net worth is as much as $3 million, as of the data given in the middle of 2017. Music is the main source of Crooked 1’s wealth.

At the beginning of his career, Crooked I signed a short contract with Virgin Records, and contributed to various compilations, including on the soundtrack “Caught Up”. He then moved to Death Row Records in 1999, and released several mixtapes and listened to samplers, yet his planned debut album “Say Hi to the Bad Guy” was never released. After four years he left the label and founded his own company – Dynasty Entertainment, an imprint of Treacherous Records – whose products have been marketed by Universal. However, he could not release his works there as Suge Knight, the owner of Death Row, sued him, as he felt that Crooked I was still under his contract. Nevertheless, other mixtapes, DVDs and guest appearances appeared on releases of other artists, such as on Ashanti’s Baby and others. In 2005, his own single “Boom Boom Clap” was released, for which a music video was also shot. His net worth was rising steadily.

After resolving the legal problems, Crooked I started his series Hip-Hop Weekly; during the course of this campaign, he presented a song for a free download every week. In 2008, he released another single, on which Akon was represented as a guest artist. Later, however, it was decided not to sell this work in the trade but also offer it for free to download. The same year Crook I joined the group Slaughterhouse, and in 2009 their self-titled album was released.

Crooked I also brought-out the EP “Mr. Pigface Weapon Waist” with guest appearances made by Snoop Dogg, MOP and Slaughterhouse colleagues Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and others. In the summer of 2010, the EP “Planet COB Vol. 1” was released, and a year later, the EP “Planet COB Vol. 2”. With Slaughterhouse he released the album “Welcome to Our House” (2012) as well as “Mixtapes On the House” (2012) and “House Rules” (2014).

In 2013, his debut solo album “Apex Predator” was released, which contains tracks with Tech N9ne and K-Young. His second album, “Sex, Money and Hip-Hop” was released at the end of 2014 under the pseudonym KXNG Crooked. Then with Statik Selektah he founded the duo Statik KXNG in 2016, and released an album under the same name. The same year, he released his solo album “Good vs Evil”, all contributing steadily to his net worth.

Finally, in the personal life of Crooked I, despite references to relationships in his music, he has never married and remains single.
