In 1988 he became Bishop, and since then, he has become the wealthiest preacher in Nigeria, and the church owns several high-priced assets, including four private jets and buildings around the world. His church also has the largest auditorium in the world with 50,000 seats. He is working on expanding his dominion in Nigeria, as he has built universities and schools, including Oyedepo Covenant University, and Faith Academy, in which young people learn about David’s endeavors and his preaching.
