Daniel McCoy was born on 5 September 1986, in Hobbs, New Mexico USA, and is a professional American Football player, best known to be the quarterback of the National Football League (NFL) team, the Washington Redskins. He has also played for the Cleveland Browns and the San Francisco 49ers. All of his efforts have helped put his net worth to where it is today.

During his final season with the team, he led the Longhorns to a 12-0 record and became the most victorious quarterback in NCAA history.

McCoy joined the NFL Draft and was selected as the 85th overall pick by the Cleveland Browns – this was because many scouts believed that he lacked the necessary size to play in the NFL. He agreed to a four-year $5 million contract which boosted his net worth significantly.
