Christine Helen Lakin Wiki Biography
Christine Helen Lakin was born on 25 January 1979 in Dallas, Texas USA, to Karen and James Daley Lakin. She is best known as an actress who appeared in ‘’Hollywood Darlings’’, and has provided voice recordings for ‘’Family Guy’’.
So just how rich is Christine Lakin, as of late 2017? Authoritative sources estimate that Lakin’s net worth is as high as $3 million, accumulated from her over two decades-long acting career. In addition to that, she is a synchronous speaker as well.
Lakin’s family would often move during her childhood, and finally settled in Atlanta, Georgia, the place where she eventually started her acting career. She attended the University of Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
Christine started her career with several commercial appearances, before in 1990 making her debut television appearance in the show entitled ‘’ABC TGIF’’. In the same year, she made her first movie appearance in ‘’The Rose and the Jackal’’, portraying young Rose. In 1991, she joined the cast of ‘’Step by Step’’, a comedy family television show, landing the starring role in a series which received critical acclaim, with Christine’s portrayal of Alicia ‘’Al’’ Lambert earning her several Young Artist Award nominations. She appeared in 160 episodes of ‘’Step by Step’’ before the series ended in 1998, significantly raising her net worth.
The same year, she was a guest star in ‘’7th Heaven’’, then in 2000 she had a supporting role in ‘’Whatever It Takes’’, which received mixed reviews, and during the decade appeared in several TV and film productions of no particular note, including ‘’Seven Days’’. ‘’Buck Naked Arson’’, ‘’Touched by an Angel’’, as Jamie in ‘’Going Down’’, ‘’Dirty Famous’’, ‘’Georgia Rule’’ alongside Lindsay Lohan and Jane Fonda, and ‘’The Hottie and the Nottie’’ in 2008. Then in 2010 she had a minor role in ‘’Valentine’s Day’’, a box office hit earning over $216 million. In the same year, she was the voice actress behind Reba in ‘’Alpha and Omega’’, an animated comedy film. In addition, she joined the cast of ‘’Family Guy’’, providing audio recordings for Joyce Kinney, a recurring series character, working on 29 episodes so far, and was a synchronous speaker for the video game entitled ‘’Infamous 2’’.
This decade has been somewhat more successful for Christine – in 2011 she joined the cast of ‘’Melissa & Joey’’, playing Jackie, and in 2012 worked on ‘’Lovin’ Lakin’’, a mockumentary television series about her return to Hollywood. In the next year, she had another notable role in ‘’The Frankenstein Theory’’ as Anne, and in 2014 played Susan Knight in ‘’Veronica Mars’’, plus in the same year providing voice recordings for ‘’World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor’’.
Most recently, she was cast as Christine in ‘’Hollywood Darlings’’, alongside other child actors playing exaggerated versions of themselves. The series received mediocre reviews but is still being filmed. When it comes to Lakin’s future projects, her series ‘’The 5th Quarter’’ is coming out in 2018. Besides that, ‘’I Am That Man’’, in is in post-production. Overall, she has appeared in well over 100 television and movie projects.
In her personal life, Christine has been married to Brandon Breault since 2014, and they have a daughter together.
