Brenda Buell Vaccaro was born on 18 November 1939, in Brooklyn, New York, USA. She is of Italian descent. Brenda is an actress, best known for appearing in numerous films, television shows, and stage productions throughout her career. She’s been active in the industry since 1961 and all of her efforts have helped put her net worth to where it is today.

Brenda grew up in Dallas, Texas, with parents who were restaurateurs and founded Mario’s Restaurant in Dallas. She attended Thomas Jefferson High School, and after matriculating moved to New York City to study at the Neighborhood Playhouse under the guidance of Sanford Meisner. In 1961, she made her Broadway debut in the short-lived comedy “Everybody Loves Opal”, and won a Theatre World Award for her performance, starting her net worth.

This led Vaccaro to more stage opportunities which slowly increased her net worth. Some of her projects included “The Affair”, “How Now, Dow Jones”, “The Goodbye People”, and “Cactus Flower, and would be nominated for three Tony Awards during this period. In 1969, she appeared in the film “Midnight Cowboy” alongside Dustin Hoffman, and would be nominated for a Golden Globe Award. She continued taking more projects, and in 1975 was cast in the film adaptation of “Once Is Not Enough”, this time being nominated for an Academy Award, and winning a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. More film projects went her way, including “Supergirl”, “Zorro”, “Death Weekend” and “The Pride of Jesse Hallam”, adding steadily to her net worth.

Brenda has also had numerous television roles which helped build her net worth. She had the title role in the series “Sara” in 1976., and has appeared in numerous television movies, and the series “Paper Dolls” which was short lived. She has made guest appearances In “Murder, She Wrote”, “Touched by an Angel”, “Friends”, and “Nip/Tuck”, and won an Emmy Award for her work in “The Shape of Things”. She’s then ventured into voice work, becoming the voice of Bunny Bravo in the animated cartoon series “Johnny Bravo”, and did voice work on “The Critic” and made an appearance as part of “The Smurfs”, playing Scruple. One of her latest projects was in the short run in 2015 of the production “Nice Work if You Can Get It”, replacing the ill Valerie Harper in the role of Millicent Winter.

For her personal life, it is known that Vaccaro has been married four times, firstly in 1965 to Martin Fried and it lasted until 1970. Seven years later she married William Bishop, but that lasted just a year. In 1981, she married Charles Cannizzaro which also lasted for a year. Five years later she married Guy Hector and they have remained together since.
