Andrew E. Rubin was born on the 22nd June 1963 in Chappaqua, New York USA, and he is an entrepreneur, best known to the world as co-founder of Danger Inc., Android Inc., and most recently Playground Global.

Andy grew up in his hometown, and attended the Horace Greeley High School, after matriculating enrolling at Utica College in Utica, New York and graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science in 1986.

He served in that position for the next three years, after which he became manufacturing engineer for Apple Inc., where he spent the next three years.
